updated for MC 1.18.2. probably adds some new features but i forget at this point. i think one chance is that now when you are eaten by a mob, if they move, when you exit them, you go to their current location instead of where you were when first eaten but that is kind of useless because once you are eaten, the chunks are unloaded so they never move. they can only move if another player keeps the area loaded but this mod doesnt work in multiplayer unless you have a supercomputer so whats the point?
